Summary: Seeking an Engineering Manager with aerospace, machining, CCNC, Honeywell, or programming experience to support engineering activities and lead technical teams.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Materials or related Engineering discipline
    • 3-5 years of engineering experience
    • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

  • Preferred Skills:

    • GibbsCam or Mastercam programming
    • Experience working with customers in a technical capacity
    • Demonstrated ability to lead projects

  • Responsibilities:

    • Support design of new products and modification of existing designs
    • Provide technical presence and interface with customers
    • Confer with engineering team to assess feasibility and cost-effectiveness of products
    • Select, train, organize, and supervise subordinates for effectiveness and growth
    • Develop pipeline through Co-op and Development programs
    • Provide technical support to production departments on manufacturing objectives


Pay Details: $130,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
