Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager with extensive experience in automotive quality engineering and management, particularly in PPAP, to oversee quality assurance and improvement processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Scientific Discipline
  • Automotive experience with strong PPAP skills
  • Trained ISO 9001 internal auditor
  • Experience with customer audits
  • Ability to perform site visits to customers, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Experience developing SPC tools and reporting for manufacturing
  • Experience managing QA systems including PCRs, Calibration, and CARs
  • Direct and assign employees in the Quality department

Preferred Skills:

  • Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma
  • AS9100 Lead Auditor certification
  • ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification

Responsibilities:

  • Manage quality assurance teams for the site
  • Collaborate with production areas to meet requirements
  • Develop KPI's and SPC's for manufacturing use
  • Oversee customer claims and corrective action responses
  • Provide KPI measurables for monthly meetings


Pay Details: $110,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
