Responsible for planning, directing, and managing all phases of facilities projects, equipment and machinery maintenance, and building modifications from concept through implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 6 years of experience, or Master’s degree with 4 years of relevant professional experience

  • Project management experience

  • Proficiency with computer systems and software tools

  • Contractor management experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

  • Experience in budgeting, cost control, and schedule management for large projects

  • Knowledge of facilities planning, space utilization, and equipment maintenance practices

Responsibilities:

  • Plan utilization of space and facilities in alignment with organizational requirements and available resources

  • Direct and manage all phases of equipment and machinery maintenance, facilities modifications, and building projects

  • Define project requirements, negotiate contracts and changes, and establish operating budgets

  • Act as primary contact for facilities, equipment, and project-related activities

  • Lead project reviews of cost, schedule, and technical performance

  • Establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans, budgets, and schedules

  • Identify project problems and develop solutions, including resource allocation or scope adjustments

  • Coordinate and oversee the work of employees and contractors assigned to projects



Pay Details: $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
