Summary: Seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Machinist for 2nd shift to operate and set up machines producing aerospace parts.

Requirements:

  • Ability to identify, load, and secure fixtures with minimal assistance.
  • Working knowledge of G and M codes for setting offsets and interacting with CNC programs.
  • Proficiency in shop math including tool geometry and basic geometry.
  • Ability to read basic prints and apply dimensional specifications in inspection processes.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • 2-4 years of machining experience.

Preferred Skills:

  • Evidence of success in level one machining duties for at least one year prior.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate Lathe CNC machine cells and standalone machines independently.
  • Perform basic machine setup including preparing fixtures and cutting tools.
  • Load and adjust CNC programs and offsets as required.
  • Use advanced quality inspection tools to verify parts meet customer specifications.


Pay Details: $40,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
