Summary: Seeking a Controls Engineer experienced in Siemens PLC programming for process control design and support of automated manufacturing equipment.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    • 3 years of experience in process control design and support
    • Strong PLC programming skills, especially Siemens FB and STL programming in Step 7 and TIA
    • Experience with HMI and SCADA programming and integration using WinCC, Wincc Flex, and TIA
    • Knowledge of network communications such as Profibus, Profinet, or industrial ethernet

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Understanding of pneumatic, hydraulic, and water systems

  • Responsibilities:

    • Design electrical/control-wiring schematics using AUTOCAD
    • Troubleshoot and repair electrical/mechanical issues related to equipment/mill problems
    • Design control logic and control schematics
    • Provide on-call support after normal working hours when needed
    • Create functional troubleshooting documents for existing equipment PLC programs
    • Develop PLC training documents
    • Improve, upkeep, and maintain plant-wide documentation including AutoCAD plans, PFD's, PID's & layouts


Pay Details: $40.00 to $54.00 per hour
