Summary: Seeking a Quality Lab Assistant with expertise in medical device complaint handling and lab management.

Requirements:

  • High school degree/equivalent with 3 years' experience or equivalent education/work experience
  • Lab experience
  • Knowledge of Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Directive, and ISO13485 Quality Standards
  • Proficient technical writing skills
  • Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in medical device complaint handling
  • Experience with mixing chemicals

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Complaint Investigation Site in receiving and decontaminating product returns
  • Review product return information and ensure proper documentation within the complaint management system
  • Coordinate shipment of returned devices to external vendors
  • Track and order supplies for laboratory
  • Dispose of bio-hazardous materials per procedure
  • Facilitate Work In-Progress (WIP) management
  • Organize products for storage and disposal after required retention time
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects
  • Assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEPs and CAPAs


Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
