Quality Lab Assistant I
Summary: Seeking a Quality Lab Assistant with expertise in medical device complaint handling and lab management.
Requirements:
- High school degree/equivalent with 3 years' experience or equivalent education/work experience
- Lab experience
- Knowledge of Quality System Regulations, Medical Device Directive, and ISO13485 Quality Standards
- Proficient technical writing skills
- Proficient computer skills using Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in medical device complaint handling
- Experience with mixing chemicals
Responsibilities:
- Assist Complaint Investigation Site in receiving and decontaminating product returns
- Review product return information and ensure proper documentation within the complaint management system
- Coordinate shipment of returned devices to external vendors
- Track and order supplies for laboratory
- Dispose of bio-hazardous materials per procedure
- Facilitate Work In-Progress (WIP) management
- Organize products for storage and disposal after required retention time
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Assist in the investigation and disposition of NCEPs and CAPAs
Pay Details: $18.00 to $24.00 per hour
