Mechanical Engineer-Tooling

Summary: Seeking a Mechanical Engineer-Tooling with expertise in 3D modeling, AutoCAD Inventor, and lathe experience to enhance designs and develop new mechanical parts.

• Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline
  • 2-5 years of engineering experience
  • Practical experience using AutoCAD Inventor software

• Preferred Skills:

  • Portfolio of previous work may be advantageous

• Responsibilities:

  • Create 3D models and annotated engineering drawings for manufacturing
  • Develop prototypes and test new designs
  • Travel to customer sites to gather information and liaise with teams
  • Design cutting tools for the pipe industry including inserts, chip breakers, tool holders, etc.
  • Design tools for the bending industry such as bending dies and mandrels

Pay Details: $29.00 to $39.00 per hour
