Summary: Seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide technical support, maintain company PCs, and troubleshoot hardware/software issues.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft workstation operating systems

  • Knowledge of Office 365 and standard office applications

  • Experience with user profile migration on Windows PCs

  • 3 - 5 years of experience in Information Technology or related area

  • High School Diploma or GED required

Preferred Skills:

  • Microsoft and/or CompTIA certifications

  • Knowledge of applications programming & database administration

Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, maintain, and monitor company PCs

  • Provide end user support for local and web-based applications

  • Troubleshoot desktop and notebook PC hardware/software problems

  • Decommission older computers with DOD hard drive wipes and tracking

  • Document standard departmental procedures and follow 5S guidelines



Pay Details: $28.00 to $34.00 per hour
