Summary: Seeking a Civil Engineering Manager with expertise in site grading, stormwater management, and utility plans for multi-family development projects.

  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
    • PE License in GA or reciprocal PE
    • 5-7 years of experience in designing construction plans

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d, Hydraflow/ICPR (or comparable), WaterCAD, Bluebeam
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheets

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead design teams for construction plans and technical reports
    • Develop grading plans, utilities, hydrology and hydraulics, roadway design
    • Manage project timelines and compliance with local regulations


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
