Project Engineer Manager
Summary: Seeking a Project Engineer Manager to lead and mentor engineering teams, manage new product development processes, and ensure timely execution of engineering initiatives.
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in relevant engineering field (mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing preferred)
- 5-10 years' experience in applicable engineering field
- CAD proficiency required; Solidworks experience preferred
- Working knowledge of ERPs (SyteLine preferred) and PLM/PDM Systems
- Basic knowledge of electrical controls and circuit design
- Experience in tolerancing, GD&T, and machine design (10-15 years)
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with conveyors and material handling systems
- Proven ability to innovate and contribute to IP portfolios
Responsibilities:
- Manage teams in the development of new products
- Mentor and coach team members
- Develop, document, and drive usage of standard work within the team
- Promote best practices and industry norms
- Train and develop direct reports
- Foster collaboration within the team
- Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for NPD objectives
- Ensure accuracy of engineering deliverables such as DFMEAs and testing procedures
Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
