Summary: Seeking a Project Engineer Manager to lead and mentor engineering teams, manage new product development processes, and ensure timely execution of engineering initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Four-year degree in relevant engineering field (mechanical, industrial, or manufacturing preferred)
  • 5-10 years' experience in applicable engineering field
  • CAD proficiency required; Solidworks experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of ERPs (SyteLine preferred) and PLM/PDM Systems
  • Basic knowledge of electrical controls and circuit design
  • Experience in tolerancing, GD&T, and machine design (10-15 years)

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with conveyors and material handling systems
  • Proven ability to innovate and contribute to IP portfolios

Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams in the development of new products
  • Mentor and coach team members
  • Develop, document, and drive usage of standard work within the team
  • Promote best practices and industry norms
  • Train and develop direct reports
  • Foster collaboration within the team
  • Interact with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders for NPD objectives
  • Ensure accuracy of engineering deliverables such as DFMEAs and testing procedures


Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
