Administrative Assistant IV
Summary: Seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Carotid Therapies Sales and Marketing team with general administrative tasks, project management, and communication coordination.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of related experience
- Advanced certification in assigned area
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Concur for managing expenses
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including photocopying, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel
- Manage communications with outside organizations and important company individuals
- Handle project components such as developing timetables, coordinating meetings/events, and preparing status reports
- Oversee vendor management including securing estimates and processing invoices
- Anticipate department projects and organize schedules to meet deadlines
- Conduct research for reports and make decisions/recommendations based on analysis
- Develop procedures, provide guidance, and train others as necessary
Pay Details: $26.00 to $31.00 per hour
