Responsible for supervising manufacturing operations in an automotive assembly environment, ensuring safety, quality, and production goals are met while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelors degree preferred

  • Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience

  • Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting required

  • Automotive assembly experience required

  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience leading teams in both union and non-union environments

  • Familiarity with 5S, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and Kaizen events

  • Knowledge of quality systems, safety procedures, and continuous improvement processes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise 12 areas/processes within the production facility

  • Support production teams by troubleshooting daily manufacturing issues

  • Provide performance feedback and conduct appraisals

  • Enforce quality, safety, and 5S standards across work areas

  • Lead or support maintenance, improvement, and value stream projects

  • Conduct root cause analyses to resolve product and process issues

  • Address and document nonconformance issues and corrective actions

  • Implement and sustain 5S practices and ensure proper tool/material readiness

  • Lead process changes and champion process improvement initiatives

  • Develop and maintain standard work and value stream maps

  • Maintain accurate records in accordance with internal policies



Pay Details: $35.00 to $38.00 per hour
