NC Programmer
Summary: Seeking an NC Programmer skilled in CADAM, CATIA, and APT programming with experience in 5-axis CNC operations for integration of probing systems and production support.
Requirements:
- Two years college and two years experience or equivalent four years experience
- Courses in Math through Trigonometry, Analytical Geometry, Engineering material or Processing Technology
- Experience in CADAM, CATIA (V6 / 3DX) modeling and surfacing
- At least two years of NC Programming experience
- Proficiency in 5-axis CNC NC and Probing Programming
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Gidding & Lewis and/or Starrag Heckert machines
Responsibilities:
- Integrate Renishaw probing cycles into CNC programs
- Manually program pp-statements for probing operations within CATIA V6
- Create and validate production-ready data models and decompositions
- Complete non-recurring CNC Programming requirements for ROC machining
- Perform auxiliary CAD design for ROC production support
Pay Details: $44.00 to $58.00 per hour
