Summary: Seeking a Controls Manager to oversee engineering workflows, support hiring and training, and manage employee performance.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Controls or Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
    • 10+ years of experience in controls or electrical engineering.
    • Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
    • Proficiency in creating and reviewing electrical schematics using AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or equivalent.
    • Deep knowledge of industrial hardware selection including PLCs, HMIs, VFDs.
    • Understanding of NEC and UL regulatory compliance.
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Expert in multiple PLCs (AB is primary), HMIs, and other controls software.
    • Highly Skilled with Rockwell Studio 5000.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee daily workflow of engineers and technicians.
    • Support hiring and training of new associates.
    • Conduct timely and constructive performance evaluations.
    • Manage discipline and termination of employees with Human Resources.


Pay Details: $120,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
