Purchasing Agent / Assistant
Summary: Seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support supply chain operations through supplier communication, purchase order management, and data entry tasks.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in office, administrative, or data entry role
- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint
Preferred Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or related field
- Experience with ERP systems and purchase orders
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on past due orders and update tracking reports
- Request and verify order confirmations from suppliers
- Maintain documentation within ERP systems
- Support procurement team with administrative tasks
Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
