Purchasing Agent / Assistant

Summary: Seeking a Purchasing Assistant to support supply chain operations through supplier communication, purchase order management, and data entry tasks.

• Requirements:

  • 1+ year of experience in office, administrative, or data entry role
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, Excel, and SharePoint

• Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business management, or related field
  • Experience with ERP systems and purchase orders

• Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on past due orders and update tracking reports
  • Request and verify order confirmations from suppliers
  • Maintain documentation within ERP systems
  • Support procurement team with administrative tasks

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
