Quality Documentation Specialist
Summary: Seeking a Quality Documentation Specialist to support document processes for FDA and customer audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to type accurately at 45 words per minute.
- Experience in computer data entry.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong grammatical and document layout/design/formatting skills.
Responsibilities:
- Process site documents using computer-based systems.
- Catalog, scan, maintain, archive/file and retrieve various documents/records.
- Collaborate with Document Owners, Quality Systems Administrators, and Training for document processing.
- Support Regulatory Affairs by providing current/historical documents for audit events.
- Lead training efforts for Document Control processes.
Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
