Summary: Seeking a Technical Service Engineer with expertise in non-woven materials to enhance manufacturing processes and resolve technical issues.

  • Requirements:

    • BS degree in Non-Woven or BS in Engineering with Non-Woven Certification/Training
    • 5 years of Manufacturing Process Engineering experience
    • Experience with nonwoven materials (fibers, films, adhesives, metals)

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong Design of Experiments experience and statistical analysis

  • Responsibilities:

    • Suggest changes to improve process control, cost, quality, and efficiency
    • Work with production to resolve processing issues
    • Review customer claims with QC
    • Coordinate plant trials and analyze data
    • Create reports and visuals to communicate trends and quality corrections
    • Assist in equipment purchase decisions


Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
