Director of Engineering
Oversee and lead global engineering operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective design, development, and release of engineered products while supporting cross-functional collaboration and compliance with industry standards.
Job Requirements:

BS Degree in Engineering required; MS Degree preferred

Black Belt Certification preferred; Lean Six Sigma training required

Minimum 5 years of high-level engineering managerial experience
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in technical machinery engineering
-
Experience with high-speed rotating machinery strongly preferred
-
Knowledge of gear design, power transmission components, and PLC electrical systems
-
Experience in manufacturing environments required

Proficiency in Inventor or equivalent CAD software
-
Knowledge of CE (European Safety Standards)
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills
-
Global engineering experience preferred
Job Responsibilities:

Plan and direct global engineering projects and initiatives to align with organizational goals

Ensure compliance with engineering policies, procedures, and safety standards

Lead engineering teams to develop and release engineering drawings and bills of materials for customer orders

Manage engineering efforts for new product development and enhancement of existing product lines
-
Coordinate efforts to ensure product designs meet cost, manufacturability, and industry standards
-
Collaborate with operations, sales, and supply chain to support production efficiency and customer satisfaction
-
Drive continuous improvement efforts across engineering functions through Lean Six Sigma practices
-
Ensure successful implementation of global engineering strategies and cross-regional coordination
Pay Details: $170,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
