Summary: Seeking a Project Manager PE with expertise in civil site projects and strong project management skills for multi-family development projects.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • PE License in CO or Reciprocal
  • 4 years of advanced experience
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3d, Hydraflow/ICPR (or comparable), WaterCAD, Bluebeam
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Smartsheets

Preferred Skills:

  • Design of grading plans, utilities, hydrology and hydraulics, roadway design
  • Site grading, storm drainage, stormwater design, erosion/sediment principles

Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple design teams in construction plan production
  • Manage project timelines and construction administration services
  • Mentor junior engineers


Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
