Summary: Seeking a Construction Contracts Manager to oversee contract management for natural gas construction projects, ensuring compliance and managing relationships with stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Law, or related field

  • Experience as a Contract Manager in natural gas/LNG, utility, or industrial construction industries

  • Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations

  • Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Skills:

  • Understanding of P6 scheduling

Responsibilities:

  • Review and negotiate change orders with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements

  • Monitor project progress and manage contract changes/amendments

  • Collaborate with project managers for alignment between contract terms and project execution

  • Resolve disputes/claims related to contracts promptly



Pay Details: $58.00 to $78.00 per hour
