Summary: Seeking a CNC Set Up/Programmer with expertise in programming, setup, and fixture design for multi-axis mills and lathes.

  • Requirements:

    • 3-5 years of CNC programming experience
    • Proficiency in Mastercam preferred
    • Experience with setup of 4-5 axis mills/lathes
    • Competency in work holding and fixture design

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with HAAS machines

  • Responsibilities:

    • Create and edit CNC programs for aluminum, steel, and plastic parts
    • Research new tooling, work holding, and machinery
    • Design and build custom tools for specific applications
    • Set up vertical and horizontal CNC machine tools
    • Read blueprints and create setup documents for new parts
    • Troubleshoot new and old programs
    • Train lower-level employees in setups and programming


Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hour
