Summary: Seeking a Recruiter experienced in high volume recruiting and relationship development with managers for sourcing top talent.

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Experience with high volume recruiting
  • Experience developing relationships with managers
  • Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Experience utilizing online recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed)
  • ATS/CRM experience required; Greenhouse ATS preferred

Preferred Skills:

  • Sense of urgency in recruitment processes

Responsibilities:

  • Reach and vet qualified candidates for company opportunities
  • Partner with TA Team to use various sourcing channels across multiple locations


Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
