Recruiter
Summary: Seeking a Recruiter experienced in high volume recruiting and relationship development with managers for sourcing top talent.
Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Experience with high volume recruiting
- Experience developing relationships with managers
- Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Experience utilizing online recruiting tools (LinkedIn, Indeed)
- ATS/CRM experience required; Greenhouse ATS preferred
Preferred Skills:
- Sense of urgency in recruitment processes
Responsibilities:
- Reach and vet qualified candidates for company opportunities
- Partner with TA Team to use various sourcing channels across multiple locations
Pay Details: $55,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
