Summary: Seeking a Staff Engineer with expertise in SATCOM to lead engineering projects, drive innovation, and develop strategic technology roadmaps.

  • Requirements:

    • U.S. Citizenship required.
    • Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics with MBA or equivalent business education/experience.
    • Minimum 15 years of experience in military or commercial SATCOM.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with leadership and engineering teams to define strategies for identifying leads and sourcing opportunities.
    • Source opportunities aligned with company objectives.
    • Lead critical engineering projects through cross-functional reviews focused on system requirements.
    • Analyze market intelligence and industry trends for strategic evaluations.
    • Present recommendations to senior management.
    • Develop strategies and partnerships within a multi-functional team.
    • Oversee integration and development within the engineering department.

  • Emphasis:

    • Direct R&D initiatives related to ESA terminals including phased arrays and beam steering techniques.
    • Develop strategic technology roadmap for ESA terminals focusing on innovations in satellite communications.
    • Drive innovation in ESA Terminals based on RFIC technologies exploring new architectures and materials.
    • Ensure integration of ESA panels/RFICs with satellite payloads, ground stations, emphasizing scalability/interoperability.


Pay Details: $170,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
