IT Administrator

Summary: Seeking an IT Administrator with expertise in EPICOR ERP systems and network infrastructure management.

• Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; MS Degree preferred.
  • 4-5 years of experience as Systems or Network Administrator.
  • EPICOR ERP systems administration experience including user account management, system upgrades, performance tuning, and issue resolution.
  • Strong proficiency in System and Network Tools (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Office 365).
  • Solid understanding of backup/recovery systems, cybersecurity, and ITIL processes.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified Azure Admin, Cisco CCNA are a plus.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with EPICOR Kinetic.
  • Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally.

• Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the configuration and reliable operation of computer systems and servers.
  • Manage EPICOR ERP and network infrastructure ensuring smooth and secure IT services operations.

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $115,000.00 per year
