Summary: Seeking an experienced Buyer/Planner with a background in manufacturing to manage purchasing and production planning processes.

  • Must have BS Degree in Business-related field

  • 5 years of buying/sourcing experience in manufacturing

  • Experience with machining and fabrication required

  • Strong MS Excel skills necessary

  • MRP or ERP system experience essential

  • APICS or SCM certification preferred

  • International buying experience a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Place purchase orders to align with production and shipping schedules

  • Conduct daily reviews of MRP requirements

  • Support strategic purchasing for manufacturing, production control, planning, sales, and engineering teams

  • Ensure timely delivery of purchase orders

  • Manage disposition and return/disposal of non-conforming purchase parts

  • Expedite orders as needed



Pay Details: $60,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
