Summary: Seeking a Finance Director to lead and manage financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning for business growth.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
    • 5 to 8 years of experience as a Finance Manager/CFO.
    • Extensive knowledge of general financial and cost accounting.
    • Proficient with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Must be able to work in the U.S.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Knowledge of Hyperion Financial Management, SAP or other ERP systems.
    • Italian language skills are a plus.

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead finance team covering treasury, planning, analysis, accounting, audit, tax, and risk management functions.
    • Implement accounting policies and systems for scalability and compliance.
    • Ensure accurate project financial reporting and billing.
    • Monitor company KPIs including orders, revenues, invoices, and margin of projects.
    • Drive continuous improvement in operations and profitability initiatives.
    • Manage cash flow forecasting for liquidity assurance.
    • Oversee tax compliance across various jurisdictions.


Pay Details: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
