Summary: Seeking a CMM Programmer/Operator with automotive industry experience to program and operate coordinate measurement machines for part and gage qualification.

Requirements:

  • 2 or 4 year degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in Quality function in automotive manufacturing
  • 2+ years in fast-paced automotive (OEM/Supplier) environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with PC-DMIS programming, Hexagon equipment preferred
  • Familiarity with IATF certification and audit process
  • New Program Launch experience is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Program and operate CMM for part and gage qualification per customer requirements
  • Generate reports for coordinate measurement machine per customer/PPAP requirements
  • Manage Plex gage control module for calibration/R&R tracking
  • Oversee external gauge calibration services
  • Conduct internal audits of gage control system including floor audits
  • Perform layered process audits as required


Pay Details: $24.00 to $33.00 per hour
