Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager to oversee product and process quality in a manufacturing facility, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control techniques, and statistical analysis.

  • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies (e.g., SPC, FMEA, root cause analysis).

  • Experience in MRB processes and disposition of non-conforming materials.

  • Certification in quality management or related fields (e.g., CQE, CQM, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) is preferred.

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and quality management software.

  • Hands-on experience with CMM programming and operation (e.g., PC-DMIS) preferred.

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality control systems to ensure product compliance with standards.

  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance product quality, processes, and customer satisfaction.



Pay Details: $80.00 to $110.00 per hour
