Civil Engineering PM

Job Requirements:

• BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

• PE License in Florida or valid reciprocal PE

• 5�7 years of experience designing and producing construction plans

• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow or ICPR, WaterCAD, Bluebeam

• Proficient in MS Office and Smartsheets

• Experience managing project timelines and ensuring regulatory compliance

• Ability to mentor junior engineers

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with site grading, stormwater management, utility layout

• Familiarity with erosion and sediment control principles

• Competence in hydrology, hydraulics, and roadway design

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead civil site design efforts for multi-family development projects

• Develop grading plans, utility layouts, and stormwater design systems

• Produce technical reports, calculations, and permit documentation

• Oversee multiple design teams and coordinate project execution

• Provide construction administration services throughout project lifecycle

• Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with local and state regulations

• Train and support junior staff within the engineering department

Pay Details: $155,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
