Summary: Seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager with expertise in site grading, stormwater management, and utility planning for multi-family development projects.

  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering

    • PE License in CO or reciprocal PE

    • 5-7 years of experience in civil site design and construction plans

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow/ICPR, WaterCAD, Bluebeam

    • Experience with MS Office and Smartsheets

    • Ability to mentor junior engineers

  • Responsibilities:

    • Lead design teams for multi-family development projects

    • Develop grading plans, utilities, hydrology and hydraulics, roadway design

    • Manage project timelines and ensure compliance with local regulations

Pay: 155000-185000

Pay Details: $155,000.00 to $185,000.00 per year
