Summary: Seeking a Distribution Supervisor to lead and optimize team performance in a warehouse setting, ensuring quality, housekeeping, and safety objectives are met.

  • Requirements:

    • High School Diploma or equivalent
    • 1+ year of experience in distribution/warehouse setting
    • Associate degree in related field preferred
    • Previous supervisory/lead experience in distribution setting

  • Responsibilities:

    • Provide leadership and facilitate distribution processes
    • Ensure compliance with process instructions, ISO Standards, and EHS requirements
    • Assign tasks for cost-effective use of team members' time
    • Ensure availability of essential tools and materials
    • Conduct training, guidance, and performance appraisals
    • Establish small group initiatives for continuous improvement
    • Maintain comprehensive records of area performance
    • Evaluate processes for optimum standards and productivity
    • Conduct root-cause analyses to resolve distribution problems
    • Audit standards and identify improvement opportunities
    • Provide input for strategic planning on distribution initiatives


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year
