Summary: Seeking a Product Design Engineer with expertise in CAD software and full design lifecycle management for vacuum truck and trailer-mounted machines.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Solidworks or comparable CAD software
  • Experience with full design lifecycle from concept to production
  • Ability to generate design ideas and identify design requirements
  • Skilled in drafting design plans and presenting technical drawings
  • Experience in simulation, analysis, testing, and documentation of designs
  • Onsite presence required

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with 3D printing for manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop product prototypes using CAD software and 3D modeling
  • Collaborate with R&D teams to enhance usability and marketability of designs
  • Test prototypes to refine design parameters and resolve functionality issues
  • Assess production methods and materials for economic feasibility
  • Stay updated with design trends and integrate new technologies into products
  • Work with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards


Pay Details: $80.00 to $100.00 per hour
