Summary: Seeking an Administrative Assistant with automotive knowledge to support fleet vehicle operations and maintenance coordination.

Requirements:

  • General Automotive Knowledge & Maintenance
  • Basic Computer Skills: Microsoft Outlook/Excel/Powerpoint; Data Entry
  • Comfortable driving vehicles on highways and in high traffic areas
  • Capable of driving long distances as required (3hrs)
  • Vehicle maintenance, management or similar experience

Responsibilities:

  • Support Honda Automotive Development Center fleet vehicles
  • Coordinate maintenance with service centers/dealerships, including warranty and repairs
  • Label and enter data for new vehicles including prototypes and competitor models
  • Transport petrol & battery electric vehicles (BEV) to service appointments
  • Confirm fleet problem/maintenance requirements and carry out initial problem review
  • Manage receipt, check-in, and tracking device application for fleet vehicles
  • Support end-of-use disposition - vehicle scrap/sale process
  • Maintain accurate vehicle records
  • Inventory and maintain shuttle/master/competitor vehicles
  • Confirm MVR check and enter data into KeyPer system


Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
