Summary: Seeking a bilingual Spanish Office Manager experienced in HR, accounting, and administrative duties for managing office operations.

  • Must be bilingual in Spanish

  • Strong MS Word and Excel proficiency

  • Organizational and time management skills

  • Experience in onboarding and staffing

  • Basic knowledge of labor laws

  • Ability to provide a writing sample

Responsibilities:

  • Process new hire paperwork and set up preemployment screenings

  • Maintain employee PTO records and assist with payroll

  • Reconcile benefits and coordinate employee appreciation events

  • Handle admin expenses, reconcile corporate credit cards, issue petty cash

  • Serve as executive admin to CFO, maintain schedules, supervise vendor activities

  • Order office supplies and prepare internal forms for CFO functions



Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
