Electrical/Controls Manager

Summary: Seeking an Electrical/Controls Manager with expertise in electrical design and team management to lead engineering projects in the construction and metallurgical industries.

• Requirements:

  • Engineering degree with electrical background

  • Experience with US and international electrical standards

  • Proficiency in Autocad Electrical for drawing and BOM review

  • Managing experience of at least 3 engineers

• Preferred Skills:

  • Programming experience

  • Familiarity with Eplan software

• Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the electrical and commissioning teams

  • Prepare project task lists and ensure timely decisions

  • Ensure accuracy of electrical drawings

  • Participate in electrical design and make corrections as needed

  • Oversee project schedules, requiring up to 30% travel

  • Develop engineers individually and enhance team spirit

  • Manage department administrative tasks

  • Hire, review, and manage personnel

  • Organize resources including hardware, software, and external contractors

Pay: 110K-150K

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
