Summary: Seeking a Tooling Engineer with expertise in metal form tooling design for the beverage industry, focusing on engineering assistance for container design and development.

Requirements:

  • BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgy, or Technical field
  • Experience with Metal Form Tooling Design and Engineering
  • Proficiency in 3D Modeling using Inventor CAD
  • Experience with FEA or related methods
  • Knowledge of Statistical Analysis Techniques
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Can-Making Tooling
  • Familiarity with Quality & Engineering Tools like FMEA, RCA, SPC
  • CNC Machining & programming experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide engineering support for container design and metal-forming tooling development
  • Support R&D activities including research, product development, and physical testing
  • Perform detailed design and analysis, manage bill of materials, initiate engineering change orders
  • Create technical reports and detailed engineering drawings


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year
