Summary: Seeking a Continuous Improvement Project Lead to drive and support initiatives enhancing site performance and strategic goals.

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management and continuous improvement in the metal working industry

  • Expertise in Lean/Six Sigma methods with hands-on experience

  • Experience leading and participating in Kaizen events

  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing organization processes

  • Experience analyzing metrics, identifying, and developing KPIs

  • Demonstrated project management experience

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support continuous improvement activities to meet site strategic goals

  • Identify opportunities through analysis for site performance enhancement

  • Manage project development from initiation to closure

  • Coach teams on problem-solving techniques

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve objectives increasing customer satisfaction, team engagement, and profitability



Pay Details: $31.00 to $42.00 per hour
