Summary: Seeking a Process Engineer specializing in finishing processes to enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality for automotive, aerospace, and military fiber products.

Requirements:

  • BS degree in Engineering or Textiles
  • 1-2 years of experience; MS Degree with Co-op or Internships considered
  • Strong Design of Experiments experience and statistical analysis

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of materials such as fibers, nonwovens, films, adhesives, metals

Responsibilities:

  • Keep abreast of developments in materials and manufacturing processes
  • Suggest changes to improve process control, cost, quality, and efficiency
  • Resolve processing issues with production team
  • Review customer claims with QC team
  • Create reports and graphs to document trends


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $85,000.00 per year
