Summary: Seeking a Sales Operations Specialist with experience in manufacturing processes and ERP systems to manage order processing and inventory planning.

Requirements:

  • Experience in account management/customer interfacing
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including order processing, inventory management, and production scheduling
  • Proficiency in data entry
  • Experience with AS400 or similar ERP system
  • Background in manufacturing

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain relationships with current and new customers
  • Assist with product inquiries, process orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process sales orders, returns, and replacements
  • Communicate late shipments, shortages, and overages to customers
  • Upload and update parts information into the database
  • Collaborate with team members to support sales efforts and manage the sales cycle from order to fulfillment
  • Perform data entry and ongoing customer support


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
