Summary: Seeking a Quality Manager to oversee quality operations, interface with vendors, and ensure adherence to manufacturing standards.

Requirements:

  • Management experience overseeing 9-12 employees including Quality Engineers and Technicians
  • ISO experience
  • Vendor interfacing skills
  • Hands-on knowledge of CMM Inspections
  • Manufacturing/machine shop experience

Preferred Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or related field
  • Certified Quality Manager or Certified Quality Engineer preferred
  • Knowledge of GD&T advantageous

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive quality management systems aligned with industry standards
  • Establish quality standards for raw materials, production, and finished goods
  • Design and execute quality control plans including sampling procedures and testing methods
  • Conduct inspections and audits to identify potential quality issues
  • Analyze quality data for trends and improvement opportunities
  • Implement process control measures to minimize variability
  • Monitor customer feedback related to product quality
  • Lead initiatives for manufacturing process optimization


Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
