Summary: Seeking a Sr. Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC machining to coordinate and direct engineering operations for component and product manufacturing.

  • Requirements:

    • BS Degree in Engineering; MS Degree preferred
    • 10 years of machining experience, specifically CNC background
    • Proficiency in Solidworks; CAMWorks is a plus
    • Strong GD&T skills including blueprint reading and drawing interpretation
    • Experience with design workflows and dealing with customers

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Strong math and computer skills

  • Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and direct the engineering department for component and product manufacturing
    • Manage engineering and technical operations
    • Supervise engineering projects and personnel
    • Plan products and improve manufacturing processes
    • Estimate costs, provide quotes, and conduct cost analysis
    • Investigate manufacturing issues and resolve them
    • Improve operations
    • Provide technical support to production, quality, and IT departments
    • Act as an engineering representative in production planning and quality meetings


Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
