Summary: Seeking an Accounting Clerk with experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate billing processes.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Attention to detail

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Organizational skills with a focus on meeting deadlines

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor cash balances
  • Collect on past due accounts
  • Calculate and process monthly payments
  • Handle customer credit card payments
  • Generate, review, and distribute monthly statements
  • Analyze billing issues and manage credit memos and cash receipts


Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
