Summary: Seeking a Manufacturing Customer Service Supervisor with experience in customer service supervision within a manufacturing setting.

Requirements:

  • Customer Service Supervision experience in manufacturing
  • HS Diploma with 5+ years of experience or BS Degree in Business with 2-3 years of experience
  • Knowledge of customer service software, databases, and tools
  • Experience communicating company products and policies
  • Experience with Supply Chain related to Customer Service operations

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong client-facing skills
  • Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Improve customer service experience and engage customers for organic growth
  • Set clear customer service mission and deploy strategies to achieve it
  • Manage, lead, and train Customer Service Representatives and export compliance representatives
  • Investigate and assist in solving product and service complaints


Pay Details: $70,000.00 to $75,000.00 per year
