Summary: Seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Mechanics to perform maintenance and modifications on Abrams Tank vehicles.

  • Must be a US Citizen

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required

  • Valid driver's license required; ability to obtain tank driver's license

  • Experience with maintenance mechanics on Abrams Tanks (M1A1 SA, M1A2 SEP V2, SEP V3)

  • Willingness to work 100% onsite and travel 50% of the time

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with operation, maintenance, and modification work orders on Abrams Tanks

Responsibilities:

  • Perform preventive maintenance checks and services on Abrams Tanks

  • Install modification work orders (MWOs) on tank variations

  • Read and interpret troubleshooting and diagnostic procedures for systems and components

  • Maintain accountability of special tools, test equipment, and property

  • Execute additional duties as assigned by maintenance leadership



Pay Details: $20.00 to $26.00 per hour
