Summary: Seeking a Solid Waste Engineer with expertise in landfill design and management for engineering projects focused on solid waste infrastructure.

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in civil, environmental, or related engineering field
    • Minimum of 4 years experience in solid waste industry
    • Ability to design landfills or landfill gas systems
    • Florida P.E. registration or ability to obtain within 6 months
    • Valid driver's license with clean record

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Proficiency in AutoCAD or AutoCAD Civil 3D

  • Responsibilities:

    • Oversee preparation of engineering calculations, drawings, reports, and permit applications
    • Serve as Engineer of Record for public and private client projects
    • Focus on solid waste management including landfill gas systems and composting facilities
    • Engage in client communications and project management


Pay Details: $75,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
