Summary: Seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee project development, manage subcontractors, and ensure timely completion of construction projects.

  • Requirements:

    • Engineering or Construction Management undergraduate degree required
    • 5+ years Project Management experience on commercial/institutional projects
    • Experience with bidding work, developing work scopes, subcontractor management, project scheduling, and cost reporting
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency required
    • Microsoft Project proficiency expected
  • Preferred Skills:

    • Masters in Construction Management a plus
    • OSHA 30 certification a plus
    • Procore and CMiC knowledge a plus
    • Knowledge of Building Information Modeling and Revit software desired
  • Responsibilities:

    • Develop work scopes, solicit bids, conduct scope reviews, and negotiate subcontracts
    • Communicate with clients to assure satisfaction and resolve project issues
    • Develop and maintain overall project schedules; collaborate to avoid delays
    • Review/process submittals, pay applications, and other documentation timely
    • Manage subcontractors; coordinate/communicate professionally with them
    • Prepare project reports including cost reports, monthly updates, and schedule updates
    • Facilitate RFI resolution with Owner and design team
    • Oversee change order management process
    • Responsible for overall project financial management
    • Support bid pursuits, proposal preparation, and new client development
    • Develops and adheres to quality control plan


Pay Details: $105,000.00 to $135,000.00 per year
