Quantity Surveyor

Summary: Seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost validation, change order management, contract compliance, and risk management for electric construction projects.

• Bachelor's degree required

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks

• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy in unit usage, estimates, and project completion validation

• Review change orders for contract compliance and pricing accuracy

• Align construction dates with commitments and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Identify contractual and cost risks through project development stages

Pay Details: $23.00 to $31.00 per hour
