Summary: Seeking a Production Lead to oversee and manage production shift employees, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and quantity standards.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience as a production or shop foreman
  • 3+ years supervisory and leadership experience
  • 2+ years experience in production operations and machinery
  • 2+ years experience in welding, machining, and fabrication
  • Experience working with prints/schematics

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of processes and equipment
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee production operations on assigned shift
  • Prepare work schedules for efficient operations
  • Notify maintenance department of equipment problems
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Complete and sign paperwork correctly


Pay Details: $40.00 to $50.00 per hour
