Network Engineer
Summary: Seeking a Network Engineer with expertise in Aruba solutions and federal government contract experience for network deployment and management.
Requirements:
- Active Public Trust clearance
- Minimum 3 years of federal contract experience
- Hands-on experience with Aruba solutions (Controllers, AP-3xx/5xx, Aruba CX Switches)
- Proficiency with Aruba ClearPass (AAA, NAC, role-based access)
- Knowledge of Granite SDWAN and Zscaler solutions
- BS degree in IT or related field with 8-12 years of experience; Master's with 6-10 years; or Doctorate with relevant experience
- Advanced Aruba Certifications (e.g., Aruba Certified Mobility Expert)
- Additional Networking/Security Certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNP/CCIE)
- Advanced SDWAN Orchestration & WAN Optimization experience
- Expertise in cloud security products and zero-trust architectures
- Automation/scripting capabilities (Python, Ansible)
- Familiarity with federal compliance standards
Preferred Skills:
- Located in the D.C. Metro Area
Responsibilities:
- Deploy and configure Aruba core switches and implement wireless environments
- Configure VLANs, routes, and ensure redundancy between VLANs
- Ensure compatibility with existing Cisco infrastructure
- Integrate Granite SDWAN solutions for efficient connectivity
- Manage WAN circuit upgrades and conduct failover testing
Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
