Summary: Seeking a Software Engineering Manager to lead and manage embedded software development projects, ensuring alignment with industry methodologies and organizational goals.

  • Job Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5+ years of relevant experience.
    • Expertise in embedded software design, architecture, and process improvement.
    • Proficiency in C, C++, and Python for Linux/Unix systems.
    • Experience managing budgets and project costs.
    • U.S. Citizenship with eligibility for DoD Secret Clearance.

  • Preferred Skills:

    • Understanding of multi-threading/multi-processing.
    • Experience with FPGA and ARM-based development.
    • Familiarity with Linux VMs, Docker, Signal Generators, Network Analyzers.
    • Experience with AI/ML development and cyber security on embedded systems.

  • Job Responsibilities:

    • Establish software development strategies incorporating stakeholder input.
    • Manage overall engineering activities and provide functional management for the team.
    • Lead complex embedded design problem-solving efforts.
    • Support budget, cost, and schedule management for engineering activities.
    • Participate in proposal preparation and analyze product specifications to develop software designs.


Pay Details: $150,000.00 to $190,000.00 per year
